Backstay Adjuster

I am pondering fitting a backstay adjuster to my boat. I have been looking at those manufactured by Witchard and there seems to be a choice of three types which, in ascending order of price, are wheel, handle and ratchet. Does anybody have an opinion or experience on the ease of use and pros and cons of each type?

How about a double /triple block cascade

Thanks for the suggestion but this would be very difficult to accommodate given the layout of the aft end of the cockpit and stern. I think I am very much stuck with a screw type of one sort or another.
