Back in Business

Isn't it nice to have our quiet, friendly spot back? How did the BCYA rally go last weekend? I'm afraid Deep Joy couldn't make it - I had a worrying vibration on the engine and prop shaft on the way back from Padstow the previous weekend, and was reluctant to set sail without satisfying myself that it was OK.

We tried to get over to the Rally at Mermaid Quay last Friday about 1.30PM but turned back thinking it was full. How wrong could we have been? Went back Saturday, by car and then realised what full really means. Four abreast rafting looked very cosy and it looked like everyone was having a good time.

SB99 You just went over before we did I think, I went over with WHO as my crew abandoned me and I could not manager Seaducer on my own with my damaged ribs. We met up with Sneds and got a great spot at the key but we only stayed Friday night. But it was a good night. Looking forward to next year already.
