I have used moisture traps successfully but a couple of winters ago they didn't seem to cope with condensation resulting from mild daytime temperatures against night frosts.
Also the moisture traps don't really deal with the moisture created by people using the boat.
So I bought a Meaco dehumidifier which does of course have a much more powerful affect.
For smaller boats and a boat left empty the moisture traps are cheaper option. The B&M price seems not bad .
