I have a pal away cruising withB&G issues currenly and saw this post on Fa#eb+*k

I tried them…. Couldn’t speak to anyone other than (I assume) a receptionist and they were VERY expensive. It took me ages to get them to take me off their email distribution which seemed targeted at a different market to the one I’m in. In no small part due to the lack of accessible support, I removed my B&G Hydra system completely and fitted a system from another manufacturer.

The products though, may be very good.
