B&G Zeus Firmware on NSS8?

Is it possible to load the B&G Zeus Touch software onto the NSS8? The hardware looks identical and the software update process is also identical so I get the feeling that it would work but haven't tried it yet.

The reason for asking is that the B&G software is specifically designed for sailing boats and looks to have some useful features that are not in the NSS8.

My understanding is that the Zeus Touch software, which you rightly suggest has some very interesting features is not available to NSS. I assume to refer to their software, cannot recall what they call it, that calculates laylines etc and another bit of software that gives historical wind data. This is 'odd' as upto early this year they were selling the NSS to yachts but now that they have moved the sailboat focus from Simrad to B&G anyone who bought the NSS is being left in the lurch. As far as I can make out the software would work - if enough people badger Navico they might have a change of heart. Send them an email?
