No idea on showers but you could nip over to one of the yacht clubs.
Loos are in mermaid quay if you go upstairs above the glee club. (On the pedestrian bit between Salt bar and Tescos)
OR just go to one of the pubs.

I will be there Andy, went back to work this week so have moved my time off forward one week and i new Barebones wanted to be there too so it all works out fab. The Irish will be able to hang on to all that Guinness just a bit longer! <span style="color:green"> </span>

Actually the free beer is in the floating bar this year - a boat called Banjo. Just climb aboard and help yourself. If an old duffer with a doughnut comes up and starts shouting, don't worry, it's all part of the festivities. Just toss him over the side, he loves that.

"Boatless" in Cardiff Bay, but probably around on Saturday. Can the "public" get access to the pontoons? Might cycle over the barrage and say hello to you guys...

You might want to take a trip to Cardiff Yacht Club on the Saturday night, plenty of booze, cracking live band (The Bay Hoppers) and of course good company and free entry.

Good idea if it does poor down. Actually not so good....that roof makes loads of noise in torrential rain. Might still go for a change of scenery.

Banjo has been rejected by the organisers as too small to be the floating beer tent. They are using this one instead.

It's a worry. All these people I've been communicating with for the last year or so, and now I'm going to meet them.
I'm sure they'll be disappointed, as will I.
