The Oyster Smack (best restaurant in Burnham) has nice rooms.

The problem is, the story does not have an ending, a bit like the Archers really.

If my family visits and we don't have room, they've stayed at the Oyster Smack and the Railway. As for restaurants the new Italian that has replaced the Contented Sole gets a big thumbs up from us but other people have been less complimentary although if they were expecting a replacement Contented Sole and its prices they would automatically be disappointed.

thanks for all the replies - we did stay with the lovely Neal B and experienced the best of ECF hospitality. thanks VERY much! Had a lovey time and it gave us maximum amount of time for getting Artemis ready for launch. Super bargain indian takeaway from Spice Fusion too! Bundles of food for 4 people for under £35!
