It seems our posts are being monitored. Following my post about lousy service from Peters I received a PM from them and lo and behold, I will get my parts this week. I wont be churlish and mention the fact that the same parts that their Ipswich branch said were on indefinite back order are in fact in stock in Chichester but, hey, all's well that ends well
Well done Peters (Chi office anyway)

Just to put the other side of the coin..... I have always had good service from Peters in Chi. Expensive, but good.

Daniel in the parts department is superb, he has managed to sort out all of our problems (which span many different manufactuers)
If he reads this he will know who I am because I got a new windscreeen wiper arm from him today.

hi all
It would appear that there is a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel! is it because Peters always offer a good service? or have they been reading the forum and taken note of the general dissatisfaction,in the level of service offered by the industry as a whole, and decided to do some thing about it ? i have had exellent service from them so far,and look forward to receiving my parts by saterday, and again it is the chi branch that has been so helpfull
cheers guys
regards
julian
