I just happened to check on a friend's boat on MarineTraffic traffic. His AWB is apparently doing 35 knots and is heading south, probably for the Canaries.

A few things:
  • Where do I find a super fast AWB like his?
  • On a serious note, what would cause such an abnormally (a few minutes ago, he was back in Culatra doing 0.2 knots)?

I'm sure Dumedin will be along shortly to advise that removing a fuse will/will not resolve the waterflow speed issue

If you expand the scale you’ll see that the AWB doing 35 kts was recently overtaken by a 1960 Trintella doing 40kts. Remember that the Trintella is always faster than any other nearby boat in similar sea conditions.
I'm waiting for the Anderson 22 to go pissing past the pair of them!

I had an early bottle of Arran whisky soon after the distillery opened and had it's first casks on offer. It was like petrol. I hope the passing years have improved it.
