Avon Valve Spanner Size

Can someone tell me what size spanner is needed to undo the big plastic nut that holds the inflation valves (A7 type) on an Avon Dinghy together? Just by eye I guess about 2" or 50mm but if anyone can tell me for sure I'd be grateful.

Borrow a large adjustable or shifting spanner and size it to the size you need.

I made one from a plywood offcut.Mark around the nut with a pencil and cut out with a jigsaw.
