I'm after a trailing log made by Autonnic Research up until the late 1990's. It has a demoutable display head and runs on AA batteries. The log line is a cable which doesn't rotate like a mechanical log but instead receives signals from a small spinner with a magnet/induction coil (like a paddle wheel log). I had one on a previous boat but stupidly let it go when I sold the boat. I now own a trailer-sailer for which it would be an ideal log. Anyone who has one and wants to sell or knows where I might track one down, please let me know. Thanks.
