automatic pilot

Hi everybody.
Being now a live aboard on a very tight budget, internet connection is a rarity and i never can spend those long gone hours reading this lovely forum I use to enjoy so much.
I have a question I don't think a lengthy search would help with. I am looking for a second hand auto pilot for steering wheel, the belt type, for reason of space.
I am going to Brihton in February(I am in Corsica at the moment) and would like to know if there is somewhere in the south of England where one can find this sort of thing of the shelf or reconditionned.
Hoping somebody can help,all the best to everybody, happy new year and following winds.

Is Corsica french? If you were to be based in Italian Sardinia, (easier said than done??), you could use a PAYG WIND or TIM mobile SIM to connect cheaply to the internet. You need a 3G mobile phone, or a gizmo to plug into the PC as well as the SIM.
