My ST30 wind vane stopped working recently - fine one day and not reading the next. I've had the display unit checked and have been told that this is working okay so it seems that the transducer isn't working or there's a break in the cable possibly.
Is there an easy way of checking where the fault might be?
If it becomes apparent the cable is at fault can I replace it with something non original??
