AUTOHELM SEA TALK SPEEDO

We have an Autohelm "ST50 Plus". 3 instruments - 1: speedo/timer/sea temp. 2:wind direction indicator. 3: close hauled vmg. We have the operation & installation booklet dated 1993 for 2&3. Does anyone have instructions for No1? No1 works giving incorrect data, maybe it needs calibrating?

If you mean the speed element (Rather than temp etc), then yes it needs calibrating.... I did my ST50, and it needed a correction factor of 1.55 (multiplier), so can be significantly out...
