I've inherited my father in law's project boat.

Going through his boaty bits I've come across an unused Nautech autohelm 4000, new in box.

How old would this be likely to be?
Has anyone any experience of them, good or bad?

25 -30 years old possibly. Manuals etc are avaialble on line if yours is missing.

Good brand name... Good bit of kit I would expect. I am still using a Nautech Autohelm 1000 bought in 1978/9
