ATYC Meeting tonight at Windsor

Any ATYC club members here intending to be there?

I understand Matt Carter, the Waterway Manager, will be giving a presentation.

ODCC will be represented, was wondering whether to go along if not working too late it sounds quite interesting.

I did attend, as did some others from here. A little surprised to hear my name, coupled with that of A N Other, mentioned by the chair, in relation to enforcement!

I will leave others to comment on the meeting.

I did attend and it was an interesting meeting, good to hear from Matt Carter and the problems he faces, how can he possibly promise a level a of service before he know's how much money he will be given. Its like commiting to buying a boat with next weeks lottery winnings, do you sign up for the Half million pound cruiser or the dinghy! he has to make that call, not easy.
Clearly from his tone he has not had an easy ride from the ATYC in the past, but both sides need to listen to each other a bit more carefully.

Tony, think the mention of your name was just a slip of the tongue you had been researching boat numbers and the chair acknowledged it.
