Attachment points for a tarp to a moored boat?

Hi guys,
So I’ve managed to get myself a tarp for my cheap dory boat, I’ve added some more eyelets to it and I’ve bungee cord with hooks.

however there’s nowhere really secure to attach the hooks to, perhaps around the transom is fine, but it doesn’t really work at the sides etc

I’ve considered attaching hooks to filled bottles of water, attaching those to the eyelets on the side of the boat etc

However I’m next to a boat in the marina that’s probably 50k plus, and I’m concerned anything could come of my boat and damage it.

Can anyone recommend any secure fixings I could attach to my boat for to is tarp.

When we had a Dory the tonneau had straps that went under the hull they were long enough to attach via the bow
