Atlantic Forum Weekend

I've seen a prep weekend advertised for people thinking of sailing transatlantic (run by Sailing Rallies). It looks to cover all the stuff we want to know more about but costs £50 for the 2 days. Are these events worth doing and does that sound good value? No experience of these events and need to make up my mind quick as it's on 11-12 May!

I cannot speak for that one but it sounds to be excellent value. I participate in the Cruising Association Mediterranean forum, a one day event each March, which attracts very positive responses from participants.

Thanks - that's helpful feedback. This one is being held at the Cruising Association in London so it sounds as though it will be worth going along.
