Trawled through ten pages of book club pages and never saw mention of these free ebooks (pdf) but they're convertible online. Sometimes the converter buggers them up just try a different site.

His interviews on the "fueled sails" podcasts are well worth a (free) listen. Incredible bloke.

Some of the voyage accounts I have read have been very very tedious. You know the sort of thing, eg "Day 23: changed jibs - opened a tin of sardines - had a sleep - opened a tin of peaches - changed jibs - etc etc etc etc etc."

The ones I've enjoyed most have been by Eric Hiscock and Conor O'Brien.
