ASTO race, Solent, a Blast!!!

Hi

just got back from racing in the ASTO race out of Cowes.

28 runner's, 4th over the line, 12th overall, 2nd in class!

S6, Full Main, No1, and Kite!!

A real blast!

Won a set of bino's as well.

Anyone else part take?

Jolly Breeze all rags flying looks quite a sight, just like a great big jamrag!

How did you get away with half the crew being between 15-25 as well? I mean I could understand Mrs B getting away with it (ticks in boxes) but you look at least 26 mate.......

Bless you for the age guess, I'm passed shall we say 39yrs old!!!!

Our skipper was 29, first mate 26 eight crew all under 25!

A really keen crew that worked well together, I would have that crew any day.

Thanks to the ASTO team for another great year.
