Well that's it. My posh restored Boathouse is all finished. Fancy knobbles adorn the tarted up risers. Walkways strong enough to support a Tiger Tank and my launch sitting inside lording over it all.

I've paid the bill so if you see someone rooting through your bins over Christmas it's only me looking for the odd slice of Turkey and maybe a random Sprout.

Huh...my neighbours have put padlocks on their bins. They finally got round to realising it was not foxes rummaging at 3am in the morning !
