They've started work repairing my Boat House and seem to be doing a splendid job although their work will not be visible as it is structural rather than cosmetic.
They've stuffed a barge in there which is a perfect fit and this acts as a working platform. What amuses me is their Tea making ritual. Not for them a tea bag in a cup, they do it all very twee in a Teapot and even have a Cosy to keep it hot while the Tea draws.

Great to see that some people still have standards!
Perhaps working on and with ancient structures makes folk carry over traditional methods in other fields as well?

True craftsmen....Bet the boathouse will be good for your grand children's children :)

She was updated regarding her adversary from Compuserve times.... :)
So she lives in Memphis now? Funny I have her fixed in my mind as a Florida Gal. I assume she still owns a boat even though she is a lady of somewhat advanced years now. I mean we all first met on line over (25-30) years ago when the internet was in its infancy and none of us were young even then.
