Sorry, can not help you with a manual. I had an Arona in my last yacht. Believe that it is actually a badge engineered Lombardini. I managed to obtain oil filters etc., from Lombardini agent. The exhaust manifold failed but I had one fabricated (cheaper than manufacturers part).
I know it's hard to find and we don't have anything of that engine. We have a lot of manuals of engines and transmissions (in English too) on http://motoren.webhop.net But thank you for your answer.
