How can a nameless Thames Marina get away with charging £500 pounds simply to get a boat from its mooring onto a waiting low loader. ?

Answers on the back of £50.00 pound note please and no iffy ones with the picture of our new Prime Minister Mr Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson. ex MP for Henley. :)

I am sure i didnt pay that much, how big a boat is it?
From memory i paid about £300 which is a fairly average price for a lift to transport, lift and relaunch etc

Turbo 36 picked up by Squirrel Marine yesterday.
Boat had to be towed to lift perhaps that accounts for the extra ?
Down here, marina who unloaded charged around £200.00 + VAT and probably most expensive in local area.

I got charged £500 at one of that nameless companies other branches and they damaged her. I wouldn't touch their services with gloves and a boat hook.

Another Turbo 36 heading down your way from the Thames, Was if from the marina opposite?

Moored opposite to lift, appreciate that price had little to do with the marina.
First owner specified that the bilges were gel coated from new.
Arch was already hinged so no extra work there.
RCC must now be host to at least 10 of the perishing things now.
