Are there any yachties in or near Tortosa/San Carles/ Ampolla with or without boats?

Are there any English language speakers (Swiss, German, Dutch, Frecnch, Spanish, etc) in this area including l'Ametlla, who would like to form and/or join a Britspeak non-agressive regatta pact......not wise, I think, to use the phrase "racing" , but you know what I mean ....... now and again meet up somewhere very low key, sail in company, take with us non-owner sailibg fans, and a dinner on shore.

Just pop round the corner to the other side of the Delta to Sant Carles De La Rapita, there are loads of Brit raggies with sail boats in our marina.........!
