Does anyone have a favourite [free] S57 Navigation ENC viewer?
I've tried 'Caris Easy Enc', 'dKLook V3' and 'SeeMyDEnc', but none of them really allow panning around the chart in an intuitive way, and the information is frequently quite difficult to extract. Are there any other easy to use ones I've missed?
