Are any forum members based in Rye?

I am looking for first hand information on moorings, and on ease/difficulty of access. There are a fair few boats on stages in town, and seems to a bit of boaty business ashore so I assume there is some activity there. Or do you maybe know someone I could ask some basic questions?
