Archimedes Penta spares

Anyone know where I can get a replacement fuel valve for an Archimedes Penta 3.9hp outboard? I believe it's the same one made by Volvo Penta and also rebranded as a Crescent.

I'm also after a carb kit (I believe they're fitted with a Bing carb) - I've tried Seacat Marine who seem to break a lot of these engines but they've got neither the carb kit or the fuel valve in stock. Any suggestions? I've attached a photo of the valve - the outlet snapped off when I removed the fuel hose!
