Aqua Star 45.... your experiences very appreciated.

I am writing an article on buying an Aqua Star 45 and would greatly appreciate any feed back from any body who has owned or skippered one of these boats. Good points, bad points, reliability, sea keeping, performance, economy etc.

I bought one in the summer second hand .

A heavy well built boat which is a very comfortable boat in a seaway.

The accomodation is sumptuous and well put together , I have never seen a boat with so many cupboards.

The boat I bought has every concievable extra most of which i dont use, aircon, satellite tv, tumble drier, hydraulic gangway.

We are working through the normal teething and modifications for a secondhand boat but I am well pleased with it.

Two of 63p Volvo Penta 370 hp each cruise 19.5knots.
