With the relaxation of lockdown almost in sight and thanks to the freedoms bestowed by Brexit I presume boat owners (except those in Noriron) are perusing the clauses of Excise Notice 69a and Form C945 in readiness for their next voyage beyond the waters of the UK. Apparently there is such a thing as an "HMRC Approved Wharf" but I cannot find a list or definition. Any ideas?

I suspect you have breached the bonded supplies early if you think the “relaxation of lockdown is almost in sight” in Stalag Scotland !

Anchoring just off a distillery?

I'm planning to visit Highland Park and Scapa this summer do you think they might deliver to the boat?

"Only" six weeks to go before we're back on tiers, and although they are talking about Tier 4 everywhere then, I suspect that a significant number of us will start lower than that. Current case levels in my neck of the woods would put us below the middle of the new Tier 3 and if they keep on falling as they have been I think we have a decent chance of starting in Tier 2 or even Tier 1, which we reached last time. Basically the longer we wait the better things will be. Much longer than six weeks will be very frustrating, though.
