I called starboard on you yesterday while I was running down to the finish line at Cowes. On reflection I was probably technically overtaking rather than crossing you and I was therefore the giveway vessel. Apologies again /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

What tack was Chemma on?

Chemma was on port but not racing and therefore subject to the colregs rather than the RRS

although you might feel a little guilty, I wouldn't worry. If everybody who failed to give way over the past week, or even all the time, apologiesed in public we would probably need another forum to handle the volume.

mea culpa the previous weekend, but apologised at the time which was acknowledged - end of issue.
