The cutlass bearing needs replacing. I have tried just about everything to remove the cutlass bearing housing but no luck. Will not unscrew (have removed the location bolt) except for about 1/8 turn. Apart from lifting the motor, how can I replace the cutlass bearing.

Is the housing turning on the stern tube, or is it the whole tube that is moving slightly? Check the end at the stuffing box to make sure that is fixed.
Are you able to get a pipe wrench on the stern tube? If so then unscrew that, with the bearing housing still attached, and draw the whole lot out. Some intense heat should then free up the bearing housing enough to remove it.

What material is the bearing made out of?
Composite bearings can be bedded and held in place with epoxy, which is heated allowing them to slide out.

I'd get drawings from Najad or find an engineer that knew the stern tube arrangement on your boat. A photo on here might help as there will be someone who's been there/done that I'm sure.
