Anyone with a failing Northstar/Navman Wind Transducer?

My wind speed seems to be reading wrong, possibly by a factor of 2. Has anyone else had problems with their Navman 3150 Wind?
I have the Navman transducer, with the Northstar instrument head.

I will be going up the mast to check for wonky bearings, but from the ground, it looks as if it is spinning up correctly.


Anyone any advice?

Hi Jim

I have a Navman wind transducer head that was on Sirenia's old mast.
It was working before her submarine session.
It did not get wet .
