It's called "Deadliest Catch" - about the Alaska crab fishermen - who fish the 2 week crab season out of Dutch Harbor (spelt the yank way).
First day score is crabs - 1 boat lost and 6 deck hands, 5 from the lost boat and one from another - fishermen nil?
Water temp 3 degs - survival time 10 mins - time to turn boat around 20 mins - you do the math!
In my time I have fished "commercially" but nothing anywhere near what these guys do. I could not imagine a more dangerous environment to work in, no wonder they get $50K for 2 weeks work!!!
If you can watch it then I suggest you do!! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
