Anyone want my old Mercury 7.5HP for spares?

I've given up trying to fix my old 7.5HP Mercury outboard Does anyone want it free for spares or to fix it up? I did get it to work ok but in taking off the back of the baffle and casing to change the gasket, one of the bolts sheared off in a blind hole. I drilled the bolt and used a stud extractor which broke off in the bolt.......

You would have to pick up from Sutton Coldfield or I could drop it off at the Hamble next time I go to the boat

Mercury 7.5hp Salted up

Hi I am just in the process of stripping down a 7.5hp I got with a boat I purchased last week from aberdeen. I ran it and noticed water leaking from the exhaust baffle. Yep you guested it I also have 4 brocken studs which I need to get out.
I think I will get them if I weld a nut to the stud end. I managed to get the studs out on the head water jacket and I am glad I did as half the cylinder was full of salt and ****.
I managed to get a second hand baffle plate from America for £12 plus £8 postage.
All I need now is a gasket for the head end cover plate.
