Anyone sailing across atlantic in sept/oct...?

Hello, I am looking to get from either Spain or England (Spain preferably) to the Caribbean (Cayman islands) around sept/oct/nov time. Does anyone know anyone who plans to do this trip and is looking for another crew member? Or if not, can you suggest a good place to look where i could find someone doing this?

Joe most boats leave to cross the pond mid November from the Canaries so it might be an idea to look at the adverts in sailing mags for crew

or

get yourself down to Gran Canaria and go around the marinas in Las Palmas and Puerto Rico and ask the skippers
