Outboards: You had the Yamaha 4a. Little four stroke about 103cc. They were first 4hp four stroke that they made. I have 2 of them. Then the new model came out early noughties. White colour hood rather than blue. It was and still is about 140cc. Now, when it came out as a 4hp, did it have the decompression device as fitted to current 4/5/6hp F4B range. Anyone remember?
