Anyone recommend a good 2 cabin, 2 heads yacht??

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a used 2 cabin, 2 heads yacht for use in the Med length from 35-45 ft. The moorings Beneteau 38.2 only has 1 head and the Bavaria C42 it seems only new boats available. Equally any recommendations on search sites that cover all the European brokerages collectively?

Welcome to the forum.

You don't say where you intend buying the boat because that in part determines your choice. Most of the boats for sale in the Med have the "charter" layout which maximises berths and you find that the more private owner orientated which have fewer berths and often 2 loos sold in much smaller numbers and therefore tend to command a premium as well as being more difficult to find. If you are buying in N Europe then your choice is limited for boats suitable and set up for Med cruising. All such boats are "good" in the sense that they do the job for which they are intended, so don't get hung up on specific brands. You don't say what your budget is nor what age of boat as this also affects the choice available to you.

Perhaps the best approach is to use the search functions on Yachtworld and Yachtmarket using your criteria and see what is available, where and at what prices.

To uphold the forum tradition of recommending what you own (or owned, in this case) I'd suggest a Bavaria Vision 42. Two great cabins, two excellent heads compartments one of which is ensuite.
