Appears to be a 62ft 18m island trading boat. Initials on logo are A B . Vessel has 2 cargo areas and a single v12 detroit 71.
It was probably made in the 70s or early 80s.

Nothing in your pictures to indicate builder. This info is usually on the ship-s plate in the enginroom though sometimes on the front of the bridge just above deck level.
Emblems on the bow would relate to owner.

Welcome to the Forum Calabash.
She is a very fine looking vessel - can you post some more photos of her, including a side profile photo please?
Whereabout is she located?
I presume that her construction material is steel - or is it aluminium?

No complaints

But your request is unusual, any background to your interest. Your post makes an interesting and refreshing change and broadens our horizons.

We get quite a few time wasters (who are new to the forum) posing questions while at the same time giving scant detail . You know the length (62ft) the power-plant (V12 Detroit) so you have some familiarity with the vessel.

Why don't you tell us the construction (Steel/Aluminum etc) where the vessel was located and where in the world the vessel operated?

What harbour is it in? If you know where it is based you can check it on Marine Traffic
From the boats in the background, it looks like somewhere in the US

@Calabash46 re how you cannot get additional photos at this time, could you please elaborate a bit on this?
Is she far away from you, or has she sunk, or is she in some other way inaccessible?

And can you please tell us (at the very least) where she is?

If it is she must be very bored.

I can see no value in the thread for her.

I don't know why they sign up, make a comment and then sit back and watch forum members go about answering their query. (Calabash46 was last seen 00:52 today viewing the thread) Mostly they don't make a further comment -they've had their fun.

Why do people vandalize or spray graffiti?

I read somewhere that in ancient Rome - Grafiti was actually a form of 'news' distribution to the masses. That it had a serious use. Over time of course it was not needed as such and became a pastime for the bored and other factions.

Just very sad.

A bit like me perpetuating the thread :(

But it makes a change from me defending threads on anchoring :)
