Anyone own a Regal 1800?

Posted last week (here) regarding engine failure and had several helpful posts on the correct procedure to follow, emergency equipment needed, and good maintenance (to prevent the cause)!

When asking about a VHF radio the general consensus was to fit a permanent one rather than purchase a hand held – anyone with this boat who can advise on where theirs is fitted?

Would also be interested if anyone had any joy fitting a bracket / outboard for emergency use?

There is also some useful info on problems and preventative maintenance on the Turbo on the 1.7TD in Regals that would probably interest you !
