Allow about 40 mins, but should be a bit less if the connections are good.
There is a quite good wine bar in the hall (name escapes me) does a limited menu - chicken wings , ceasar salad etc. Not cheap though £7 for two glasses of house plonk (not a bad drop).
NB. Do not look at any vaguely affordable boats after a bottle of the above.

as you walk into Excel there is a Fox's Bar, it's before you get the the main entrance, food is good so is the service, better than the stuff inside the halls.

you will be doing well in under an hour.

Best lunch would be to buy nice sandwiches from a Pret in London, some ornage juice or perhaps a nice bottle of fizz and takem with you. Install yourself in the caff downstairs behind the powerboat hall, looking out on to the dock, a bit empty cos only those on the brr freezing dock go there AND they sell sarnies in packets there too (but which are a bit nasty) so no prob picnicking since that's what everyone is doing.

How did you manage to nick a pad in Notting Hill?

I think I know their house. Big imposing place with massive security system and a driveway about 2 miles long. Well, praps not 2miles but a very long stretch anyway.
