Anyone know Yacht Ascent in Newhaven area on Sat 23rd assisted my Dad)

Hi all,
Just wondered if anyone knew of sailing yacht "Ascent" that was in the Newhaven area on Saturday. My Dad was out in his fishing boat "Sea Mist" from Eastbourne and off Beachy Head when he realised he was taking on water rapidly. Having alerted the coastguard he made for Newhaven (closer) and the yacht Ascent stood by until he made it safely and was lifted out. He then had 2 tons of water removed and discovered three big splits in the hull.
He knows nothing else about the yacht because of the distance involved so could be berthed at Newhaven or just passing through. He woud like to thank the skipper personally.

"Ascent" is, I believe, a local yacht out of Eastbourne (a Starlight 39). Have a word with the Harbour office, they may be able to assist.
