Yup,it certainly is and the one I use to own looks supiciously like the one (number 25) in this picture as mine was also yellow hull with red topsides.. I owned this back in 1980/81 and I was aware it was an ex race boat...it had the hull repairs to back that up!

Great boats, mine had and 80hp Mercury blue band. I sank it in France one year!
