Only for a very small job, but I dont have the patience to do it myself. Need someone to supply marine carpte and do a fitting job in a very small space.

Any reccomendations gratefully received. In the Chichester area. One man bands and those who dont mind a bit of folding preferred /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Just an idea, if you can cut a template or remove the existing carpet you could take it to the local fitters/carpet warehouse & have an edge bound copy made, then drop it back in yourself.
Also Practical as you can remove for cleaning, no need for marine grade as it's cheaper to just replace it each time it gets scruffy.

There are a couple of methods I've used to make a template, these being heavyweight tracing paper (Viking Office Supplies etc) and/or lots of 1" masking tape.
With the latter you tear bits off and build up a template to go around edges and awkward shapes. Works a treat - don't skimp on the layers and then you can peel off the whole thing en masse.
Cheers
Tim
