A favour please (I want to avoid an international call). Would you phone RM Electronics and ask them what their correct email address is please? Their number is 023 92 501212.

I've tried emailing them from their website and the domain bounces.

Re international phone calls, I am a recent convert to Skype, and I cannot sing their praises enough - its the way to go!

From here, I can phone pretty much any landline in the world for 2 US cents a minute - a mobile in England is 25 US cents a minute.

OK, Cable & Wireless have brought their overseas call rates down enormously in the past couple of years, but it is 'too little, too late'. I am skyping now! (www.skype.com)

(Re Skype, I am just a satisfied punter, not a shareholder)

Sorry, I am not too well up on this telecoms lingo - what is a PSTN?
I am guessing perhaps a P*sspoor Sodding Telephone Network?

The quality of my Skype is usually pretty good - ok, occasionally there is feedback, but at 2 cents a minute, and free with other Skypers, I am not complaining!

We use Skype in the business between two PC's. Both are on broadband, both with headsets. The quality is excellent, way better than if we use telephones.
