Anyone heard of the Storebro J32 Jet Boat?

seen a few up in Sweden. You would be amazed what they have on the market that we never get over here.

Though that is sufficiently different it probably would sell over here. Shame we have such closed minds to new ideas.

Test report in Nov 1997 MBY. I think it got a bit panned though

At that price and under the present economic and/or weather conditions........he will need a lot of luck.....

That boat moors on the same pontoon as me. It's extremely tidy, and apparently goes quite well (35 knots), and handles and manouvres like a dream.

I have to question why a leisure boater in this country would want the added complication of Hamilton Jets, with very little benefit.

Unfortuntely I would suggest that if a punter is to be tempted it would have to be considerably cheaper than an equivalent Targa etc.

All that said it is a striking looking boat in the flesh.

You can't get much simpler compared to sterndrives, they are incredibly easy to work on and the impellor is more protected than the sterngear on shafts.
As stated the handling is in another class once you have tried them.
