anyone have a small rib on

snap davits? I have 35Kg Valiant 2.4m rib and was wondering if it would be too heavy and the tubes would deform. Manufacturer says up to 50Kg but I'd love to hear from anyone who has a similar setup

I have a quicksilver 310 (inlfatable flor) on weavers - 3 years, small boat so stern gets lots of action in a chop; no noticalble problems so far.

It's not a rib but it's the same weight!

Have an Avon 3.1 Lite on snap davits and its no problem at all. No deformation of the tubes.

Have 260 planked bottom rubber tender. Worth a mention, they do get grubby from exhaust fumes and when lifted up take care in lashing, previous owner tore off two of the 'D' rings. It may have been from high speed towing, not sure. Inflatable areas perfectly OK... Happy Christmas to you too.
