Anyone had osmosis problems/treatment in Spain

This lift out we were dismayed to find a lot of blisters and very high moisture readings in our 1975 Neptunian 33' hull.
She has been in the med about 6 years now and usually comes out for just one week per year.
Has anyone done or had done the full treatment in Spain and have you any recommendations.
Possibly we will consider DIY. have her lifted out one spring, have the gel coat pealed or blasted and leave her to dry out for a full summer. If the readings are ok we could then fill/fare and coat when the weather cools.
Ideas/costs please!!

Isla Verde boatyard in the port of Algecieras is excellent. And being in the port area, you don't pay IVA, the Spanish sales tax.
