For me thats what is missing form the show at ExCel. Look at the effort, the viliage recreation etc. Lets bring back the show and the theatre and make it a bit more like that, rather than the big trade fair it has become.

Ooh, fantastic picture. A Marauder 46 by JCL Marine. I used to lust over MBY ads for those in the mid 70s, telling myself I'd get one when I grow up. I dont think they made many - I have seen just one in recent years. And a Moonraker in the background. Thanks for that rip down memory lane

I used to lust over them as well, especially the Mystere - so I wrote off to JCL Marine, pretending to be a wealthy potential buyer (at the age of about 13, but they didnt know that), and they sent me a lavish brochure...... if anybody would like a copy I am sure I can find it, scan it, and send it on.
