Anyone got a Raymarine S3 course computer in their system ?

If you have, you could do me a great service, I thouroghly understand though if you dont want to try the following /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I need to know the type of FET output transistors used in the S3, if anyone has easy access to the course computer it is a matter of removing the top cover, there are 4 bolted down transistors to the right of the board, bolted to the heatsink (the back of the unit). Probably IRFZ48 or similar.
Or a high res image of the board with plastic case removed.

Hi,

Just popped the cover off an S3G.
The 4 identical devices are marked IRF3205 and under that I(Ohmega symbol)R 521K8T
I assume they are made by International Rectifier.

Hope that helps. A picture wouldn't as the markings are very hard to see.
